Website Message - An error has occurred You can't change your products for the moment

Hello.
I have a website error message that reads 

An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.

Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to do anything to remove it and haven't been able to change my product either.

Can anyone help?
