Hi, for the last few days now my browser keeps being redirected to a plusnet page http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed which basically says ERROR: The account has no invoice in Failed Billing. Almost every page I try to visit it does the same with any browser. I've tried restarting the router but its still the same.
Can anyone help me please

Happy to see it's sorted. If the issue occurs again can you try turning your router off for 65 minutes? As in theory that should do a similar type of thing we'd do on our side to fix it.
