Thanks for the reply Matt, should I get in contact via ticket(s) / phone when I'm installed and live or will this be picked up by yourselves via your systems?

Looks like we've got a committed appointment currently booked in for the morning of the 19th - hope that's alright? Please let us know if not, though if it does need changing it'll be unlikely we could get anything any sooner.

Yes, Installed today, and got a bonus in that my estimated speed was 29.5 Mbit and am now connected at 37Mbit (from a previous 2Mbit with Be*  Grin ).
Installed a game in 5 mins that previously took almost an hour to download, V.Happy at the moment. This thread can now be closed if needed.
