Wasn't the reward meant to be £75?

Received a cheque from PlusNet for my reward for signing up in the post today, and I noticed it was a fiver short, it's £70 rather than the £75 that was offered when I signed up on the 23rd July for Unlimited Fibre Extra, so, erm, who gets the nudge for this one? Sad

Thanks for that. I've checked the deal that's logged on the account and it was a £70 cashback reward so I'm afraid that does look to be correct. I've popped a £5 credit on the account which will deduct from your next bill though as a gesture of goodwill regardless.

Thanks for the fast response there, wish I'd screen-shot the offer as my memory is patchy at best, but I'll consider everything sorted now... Smiley
