Was promised a 11 days refund but have not received it yet

Hello,

 

I cancelled my plusnet internet service on 28th of January, due to moving abroad. As I was billed on the 09th of January, I was supposed to receive an 11 days refund (This was promised by a customer service representative on plusnet chat and I have the chat transcript as proof). As of today, I have not received the refund and would like to know when will I receive my refund. Thanks
