Re: Warning re upgrading to Unlimited Broadband

@mallarkey How do you apportion the usage allowance if at least one of the products involved had an allowance? (E.g. changing from the old Extra (60GB) to Essentials (10GB) and they have already used 15GB - do you do the change immediately as you are asking and then either immediately block their line or charge them £5 extra usage?)

So you;re saying that I'm being penalised (potentially at least) because of the inadequacy of your systems rather than any logical reason?
We believe that paying less shouldn't mean a compromise in service
Hmmm

Sadly, yes.  We're not that happy about it either.  I'll see if there is anything we can do in your case.

There was supposed to be one.....   Any ideas on where that got to Chris?

Will there be an answer to this?

We wrote the content and this was assigned to a project, unfortunately the project has not yet rolled out (provisioning improvements). It's still in there at the moment.

Re: Warning re upgrading to Unlimited Broadband

Honest mistake, I thought that an email notification was triggered when an account change was processed rather than solely when the account change actually completes.
jelv, sorry for misleading in any way.
mallarkey, I'm glad that's been sorted for you now.
As Chris has pointed out this should change in the future Smiley

Linn - Tip: If someone is querying emails it's always worth you looking at the tickets on the account to make sure one was sent. We've had not infrequent situations where tickets should have been sent but were not (e.g. excess usage).
