Want to cancel my broadband but cannot make a call

I've tried 0800 432 0200 and +44 3451400200, neither works for me.
Just wondering can I cancel it through email or online chat? It could be a little difficult for me to make the call.

Details for Customer options team are on this page https://www.plus.net/help/my-account/thinking-of-leaving/
Try phoning 0800 013 2632 and select the "I'm thinking of leaving" option.
Otherwise the only other option is to write.
