Want to add wife to account

I need like to change our household account which is currently in my name to be in both my wife’s and my name jointly.

If this isn’t possible can my wife be added as an ‘authorised’ name?

I have tried contacting Plusnet on Twitter but it’s now been over two weeks with only holding replies. I have difficulty using a telephone to and seem to have run out of other contact options.

Can anyone please help?

@Anotherusername welcome to the forum

I do not believe plusnet allow joint account names, but you can add your wife as an authorised user.

Login to your account using the members centre  and select "Manage Account"

There you should see the option you are looking for.

Given you have trouble using the phone are you registered with PN as a "vulnerable" person?

You can do so in the Members portal if required.
