Waiting on refund

I noticed that other people have also been charged incorrectly. I paid my annual one saver in February but was charged again in March, no small amount! I was promised a refund but nothing yet. Not quite sure how to proceed as Plusnet say that they aren’t taking any calls. Can anyone give me any advice?

I was able to get a refund. I phoned in and was able to get in the queue. I tried at around this time yesterday. Was credited back by the end of the day.

Thanks for your message, I did manage to get through on the phone. My refund hadn’t been actioned but should be now. However had three different emails with varying amounts so who knows what’s happening.
