Waiting for the Reward

i signed up on the 04/05 through the PlusNet website and there was an offer of an Amazon gift card or some sort of prepaid credit card. 

on the 28/05 i had an e-mail confirming that i was 'eligible' for the reward and that it would be sent out, i still haven't heard anything more about it. is there anyone who could chase this up or just look into this?

Hi @MrDonaghey  thanks for getting in touch.

 

I am sorry for the lack of communication there has been, from what I can see you claimed your Plusnet reward card towards the end of May. As it can take up to 30 days for this to arrive through the post, I'd advise to allow up to 27/06/2019 for this to arrive.

 

If you haven't received it by then, just let us know and we can chase this for you.

sorry to say but the post has been and still no sign of my 'reward'

 

is there any chance you could look into this please?

Hi @MrDonaghey, thank you for getting back in touch.

 

I am afraid the Marketing team have advised us of a 10 day working delay in customers receiving their reward cards. Please allow up to 12th July for you to receive the reward card.
