Waiting for Refund

Hi, I left Plusnet in August and I am due a small refund of £8.00 ish. I was told in August I would have a cheque within 10 days but nothing has arrived. I know its only a small amount but I'd rather it was in my bank account! Could someone at Plusnet follow this up for me please?

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your cheque refund as yet. I have requested our Billing Team look into this to ensure the refund has been sent. Please note that cheque refunds take up to 21 days to be processed and received.
