View Unbilled Calls empty

Hi

I wanted check when I made a particular call a few days ago but nothing is shown under View Unbilled Calls and I know there should be a few there since my last bill.

View Billed Calls is working so I don't believe it's a screen problem using Firefox.

Was it an 0800, 0808 or other freefone number. IIRC they don't appear on itemised billing.

Actually, the number I was checking was an 0800 number. But I did dial an overseas number afterwards which also does not appear and that 2 days ago.

I hadn't appreciated freephone numbers don't appear (or had forgotten), thanks.

The overseas number never did appear in my dialled numbers but calls made since then have all correctly appeared, so I'm signing this one off as 'just one of those things'.

Makes a change from the more usual case of being charged for calls one didn't make.  😉

Usual case? I've never been charged for calls I didn't make and having call features such as daytime national and international I don't get individual charges for calls anyway.

I was merely trying to say that it's a pleasant change to see a post where someone has not been charged for a call they have made, as opposed to the more usual cases of customers being charged for calls they haven't made.
