View MAC code

Having contacted plusnet i was sent the following message:
"Thank you for your enquiry. As per our earlier conversation I have arranged for your Mac code to be generated within 4 working days which will be available through the Member Center"
it has not been four days yet so i dont have a complaint for now!
just a query in regards to where it will show in the member centre, in my questions? or just show you have your MAC code?
thanks

Re: View MAC code

Hiya,
Once it's been generated it will be added to that ticket.  You should also get an email as confirmation.

Re: View MAC code

The MAC was sent to you on a ticket and email this morning shortly before 10.30am.
If you follow this link: https://www.plus.net/my.html?action=questions&?helpheader=questions
Look for ticket ID 50978075 and your MAC will be there

You should have got it today (5 working days since your request).
Have you looked at your closed tickets? Link

Re: View MAC code

@justin4sian
WE've received notice that a migration is already in progress to a service that doesn't require a MAC. In this instance we can't give you a MAC as there is an order to move you to the new company already happening. I'd suggest speaking to whoever you are migrating to and ensuring that they don't need the MAC as the order is already in progress.

Re: View MAC code

Does a ticket get posted to the account to inform the user when that happens?

Re: View MAC code

Yes, manually. The MAC ticket we open internally was updated with that information on the 19th.
