VMBU showing 2 months?

Dunno if anyone else has noticed this, but I think VMBU is broke.
It is showing two months usage as one, and appears not to have picked up any usage overnight.
Comments?

Re: VMBU showing 2 months?

I watched over two hours of HD iPlayer yesterday (during peak time) and the usage is showing only 172.62MB!

Re: VMBU showing 2 months?

Thanks Strat, though I believe the developers working on the issue have already identified everyone affected - as per the service status that's been posted we're in the process of fixing it all now, should be done by around lunchtime.

Re: VMBU showing 2 months?

Is the same issue affecting under recording of yesterday's usage or is that a different issue?

Re: VMBU showing 2 months?

Hmm, I asked about that and it looks like it's a separate issue. We don't yet have a problem raised on that one but I'll see what I can do there.

Re: VMBU showing 2 months?

My VMBU seems to be fixed now :)...more or less, with an extra 2 days in the Aug/Sept period.

It's running now and I believe should be completed within the next hour, apologies for the delay.

My current billing period is right,  but there is an oddity with the previous months...

Re: VMBU showing 2 months?

@kmilburn Not sure what's happening with that one, that does look odd - I'll check on it tomorrow morning and update you then.
Regarding the usage resets, those are still going on I'm afraid but they should finish tonight. The majority of those affected should have been reset by now though. Sorry it's going on so long.
I'll be back to confirm in the morning that everything's all done Smiley

Re: VMBU showing 2 months?

Think there's still a problem - I don't seem to have any overnight usage recorded.
