VMBU problem with new billing period

My latest billing period started at midnight tonight. My broadband usage has been reset, so the current month rightly shows zero from my allowance. But my usage history shows the three months to 12th October. I have no way of checking my usage last month, 12th Oct to 12th Nov. This is annoying (especially since I just got an email warning me I was approaching my limit). It's not critical, since I'm sure it will update itself soon, but it would be better if the history updated at the same time as the current usage period....

4 days into a new billing period, I received a " monthly usage exceeded" e-mail - not good
When I checked VMBU, it was including the previous period's usage as well as the current period; a support ticket is going through, to correct this.
From the various forum threads describing same / similar incidents, I can't help wondering just how widespread this is .... ?

I don't have that problem, thank goodness! In fact, I no longer have any problem ... it only took a day to update, but it was annoying none the less.

There are two other threads refering to billing periods. Looks like some accounts wern't reset in early November.
