VAT Invoice

Have tried several times - asking on the main site for a VAT invoice.

No replies are ever given - It always states "we are looking into this" Over a month and no help?

I have to give my bill to my employer to be reimbursed for my call out rosta - Yet I can only get reimbursed with a VAT invoice.

If no one ever answers the platform what is the purpose of the "ask a  Question" box?

I need to get VAT invoices for my account, why are PN so awkward to help? Is there a way I can get in touch with someone?
