Usage unavailable

Existing account renews on the 6th automatically. Since then, no usage has appeared, only an apology. Any idea why?

Hi there,
I've checked but can't see an obvious reason I'm afraid, I've checked some other accounts billed on the same day and they seem to have had their usage reset fine. I'm going to advise that you try powering the router down and back up again to see if that resets it for you. Please let me know if not.

Restarted router - no change. If restarting was going to make a difference, how soon after doing so would it do so?
Does it also mean you have no record of my usage or you do, I just can't see it?

If it's going to appear after you doing that, it'll do so within a couple of hours.
