Usage not reset and change to unlimited broadband

my usage hasnt been reset for two months was on 60gb but now been changed to unlimited service anyone else having problems with usage not being resetHuh?Huh

Unless you are on a legacy Unlimited account still, you cant be put on it as it didn't last long as an account type, unless you mean the free night time usage of 12am-8am.  As for my usage its reporting as normal.

they still do unlimited use account but they dont advertise them i phoned them upto because i was always going over 60gb they said they put people on it if they always go over 60gb should of changed ages ago, just wait until tomorrow for normal working day see what happens

The usage has failed to reset I'm afraid. Sorry about any inconvenience but there's no way to reset. The account change is due to go ahead at the end of this billing month, following that we'll discount you to make up  for any extra charges.
