I was under the impression I had set a limit on my account to prevent me from going over the 10gig allowance, I have value package and set my maximum spend to zero after going over the 10 gig on the last day in the previous month. Yet this month I have 3 days to go and it is showing that i have used 10.02gig which is over 10gig right.. but my maximum spend is zero so shouldn't it stop at 10gig ?

Are you still getting normal speeds or are they chopped right back?

Hi there,
I can see the note on the account that states your connection has reached the limit. You won't get any extra data charges on there, and the usage will reset for you on the 16th.
Hope that helps,

The system doesn't constantly monitor your line (that would be way too much overhead), instead it gets reports at intervals (15-20minutes?). It would therefore be expected to see it go over the limit a short way before there is an update that takes it over and imposes the restrictions (i.e. it errs in your favour).
