Uploading my web site pages (to non Plusnet server) - chargeable?

I have a large web site which I update every now and then.  I've just given it a major overhaul and need to do a big upload, but I'm concerned it'll cost me a lot on my Plusnet bill when I upload it.  From searching the FAQs, etc. I have questions still:
(1) As the web site is on Web Mania and not a Plusnet server, are all uploads free anyway or does the 'traffic' over my line count?
(2) If I upload it between midnight and 8am is it free anyway?

All usage (up and down) is counted (see the note at the top of https://portal.plus.net/view_my_broadband_usage/index.php). So uploading websites to Plusnet or anywhere else is counted.
Midnight to 8am will be free.
