Upgrading

Hi, I My contract is coming to an end , and I recieved an email offering to renew my current package for around £23 or upgrade to Fibre Extra at around £26. I'm interested in upgrading to Extra, so I followed the links but I am unable to get that deal online anywhere....unless I'm a new customer. If I go through "My Account", the only option I have is to renew my current contract at £35. 

I am constantly encouraged to use your online facilities for this kind of thing, and I'm happy to do that, because I understand the situation isn't normal,  but I'm afraid I can't get access to the deals I was offered online, unless I'm a new customer. It seems I have to take up valuable phone time to resolve what should be a simple online action.  Help?

I believe this was due to some incorrect data on your account which I've now corrected.

Can you try to upgrade again?
