Upgrading to fibre

Hi, just a quick question. I currently have broadband from you and I'm thinking of switching to fibre, I saw on the front page that fibre is 50% off for 6 months yet when I go to my account and have a look at the package change it says it's full price, is the offer only for new customers or can existing customers get it as well? I tried looking for information but I couldn't find anything.

Existing customers need to negotiate with the Customer Options Team to strike a deal

8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
9am - 7pm Saturday
9am - 6pm Sunday
