Upgrading to Fibre

Do plusnet do special offers for existing customers in contract looking to upgrade to Fibre or is it just the standard price?

yes they do but you need to phone customer options to get it - option I am thinking of leaving

Hi nicklawrence,

Exactly the same as what Oldjim has mentioned is spot on. If you give the customer options team a call they will be able to run through everything that is available for you. Just give them a call on 0800 013 2632 and then press option 1 then option 2.

Thank you for the replies.

Will I still be able to get a special offer if I am in a contract still? I thought that phone number was just for people looking to leave plusnet?

Yeah because this is an upgrade from ADSL to Fibre you would start a brand new package and contract with the deal offered to you. Yeah it is the same number that goes through to the customer option team as they primarily deal with your contractual changes to your account.
