Hope you can help. I got an email to say my BB will be upgraded to Fibre Unlimited on 1st June 2020 (today). I got my router and plugged it in earlier today, just to check the line was changed over but no one told me about it. No difference in speed.
I read in another forum post about 2 years ago about a delay due to the availability of BT Openreach engineers needing to switch it over at the cabinet.
Can anyone confirm if this is the case for me please? It does seem like a possibility due to the current situation. Seem to be left slightly in the dark that's all.
