Upgrading Value Fibre to Extra Fibre - No confirmation?

Hi,
I tried upgrading from Value Fibre to Extra Fibre yesterday through the "Product Change" part of My Account, but as of today I don't seem to have had any confirmation that the request has been made (no email, nothing obvious showing on My Account).
So... Assuming something had gone wrong and the request had "disappeared" I tried again this morning. Still nothing  Smiley
Is there anything else I need to do?
It looks like 40G is not going to be enough this month (blame the Olympics and watching events on the PC whilst also watching others on TV!   Cool ), but at least I'd like to be able to avoid extra charges in future.  
I'm assuming upgrading the usage limit won't affect my being on the 80/20 Fibre trials....?

Hi there,
I can confirm your account is scheduled to upgrade on the 24th August (your next billing date). There's a couple of service notices on there advising of this, one from yesterday and one from today - SN139195382 and SN139239739 respectively. I think if you visit http://contactus.plus.net and opt to view all tickets you should be able to see them?

Thanks Matt for confirming the request(s) went through.
Unfortuately I cannot see anything from the link you gave about viewing all tickets.
I tried Help Assistant > Order updates > Track your Order > Check your service notices and tickets  but that just opened a new window at the top level of Help again.
Nothing else I can see there looks even close to being able to show me what I was looking for.  Huh
Apologies if I'm missing a big bold link (that is probably flashing neon too!) but I just can't see anything that helps.

As I said, no worry - you have said the requests exist, I just can't fathom out where to find them  Undecided

Ah... if you scroll down to where it says 'You currently have no open questions' and click the link below (view all questions asked) it should take you to a different page. On this page choose either 'closed questions in the last 7 days' or 'closed questions in the last 30 days' and then click either of the top two service notices it shows to view the confirmation Smiley

Thought I had tried that - but nothing showed when I selected 7 days... Of course it does show now Wink
Just a thought, this is all a bit non-obvious isn't it?  I expected something in the My Account area, not a "question" in the Help and Support (and it's not even in the part of Help and Support that makes sense!)
Got an opening going for a usability specialist ?  Smiley

It isn't obvious at all - we're working to get an email sent out so customers are aware that the request has been accepted (and when it's due) but we're a way from that being live at the moment I'm afraid.

Ressurecting this thread as I got the email about the 80/20 upgrade offer for trialists yesterday  Smiley
Before I go and put in another product change request...
Is my exisitng "upgrade" to Extra Fibre (120GB @ £21) scheduled for later this month going to automatically make the change to the new 250GB £19.99 product, or should I put another request in?
I assume the £25 activation fee is not going to apply as I'm already on fibre?
As a bonus it looks like I don't have to restart the 18 month contract (as it says in the email) - not that it'll make much difference, we've been with you since 2005 or something
