Upgraded to Fibre Unlimited and Anytime, already had LSR but charged line rental

Hi all,
I know there's currently a bug ticket in regarding the lucky people who were already existing customers and still got the 50% discount but I've got another one - paid for LSR, changed product to Fibre Unlimited, and Talk Anytime and been charged the £13.99 line rental.

Hi chuckster,
Just replying to your ticket now, but basically it was charged as a result of the account change and won't be happening every month - as soon as we refund you the line rental fee for this month everything should be fine. Unfortunately we can't do that until the direct debit has been taken but that should only be a couple of days.
