Hello,
We're currently looking at upgrading our service to Plusnet Unlimited. However, I see there is a charge "Plusnet Value" that is still there. Is this going to be an additional charge as well as the upgrade?
Thanks.

You will be on your current package until your next billing date when you will be switched and value will disappear.

Hi moizale,
You would only be charged for the one package, so if you were to change to unlimited then you 'Plusnet value' would be removed and you would only be charged for your new product.
