Upgrade to unlimited

I placed an upgrade order on the system PM 19/12/2012; after checking Account Summary I noticed
19/12/2012 BPnnnnnnnn Extra with included 60GB bandwidth £11.49(monthly)          Complete
01/01/1970 -                        Unlimited          £0(upon cancellation)  Pending - 

My concern is it looks like I placed the order 42 years ago! or is normal?

Should I see  a ticket created for this upgrade or have received an email confirming this change; as to date I have had neither.

Hi there,
I believe you should be able to see this in the account details section on the member's centre? If you visit https://portal.plus.net/my.html?s=0&action=account_summary it should show in the table (the 1970 date is a known bug and being fixed Smiley )
Either way I can confirm it's in and queued to happen on the 9th Jan, hope that helps.

Just been reviewing my account settings to check when the Router was/will be dispatched, says "Awaiting Ordering". I paid for this device on the 21st December. When can I expect it to be sent to me? Order number HW25222803.
I trust I will still be switching to unlimited this Wednesday?

Just ordered the router for you, sorry about that - not sure what happened there.
Yes, the change to unlimited is queued for Wednesday and should already be complete when Wednesday morning rolls around.
