I'm contemplating a shift from my current value fibre package (no phone) to the unlimited fibre plus phone package. The offers on the front page seems very attractive. However having gone through much of the upgrade process, I couldn't see how I would get the 'half price fibre for 6 months' offer nor the £10.49 line rental offer. Can anyone confirm whether the offers apply to existing members and, if so, whether the discounts are applied after the upgrade process.
As an aside, is there any value in getting another modem? It's always handy to get a spare modem, but is it the same model as 18 months ago?
