Upgrade to Plusnet Pro

I logged a help assistant message #36363419 on 23rd October and was told I had to wait 'til 30th October for an answer. Apparently I now have to wait 'til 7th November so I am posting here.
I am currently on BBYW Option 2 but would like to change to Plusnet Pro. Can anyone tell me please can I just switch to Plusnet Pro on a monthly contract for £16.49 without any activation/setup fee?
How soon could I make this switch?

It would not change your contract terms and the switch would happen on your billing date.
I assume that you have checked that your exchange is Market 3 - if it isn't I don't know about the 3 months at the reduced rate

Ahh. Thanks for pointing that out oldjim. Unfortunately I'm in market 1 so it doesn't look very good value. Will stick with bbyw2.
