Upgrade to Fibre (with phone and Line Rental) - HIGHER CHARGES

I have been an ADSL Broadband customer with PlusNet for yonks, but decided to upgrade to PlusNet unlimited Fibre with Phone and line rental to take advantage of the £24.99 offer. So why is my first bill over £40?  Might as well have stayed with BT.....

yes you 2 may have been coned to think that line rental is free . no no existing customer that clicked the upgrade button which said "line rental inc " well no . as my user name suggests they are . good luck getting out of it no one will help at +net
