Upgrade to Extra

Hi, I seem to have received a similar error  as another user has recently regarding upgrading to extra.
I got a reply to the automated ticket saying the order would be done for today, but I still haven't heard anything and everything still seems to be appearing as Value...
Any help much appreciated as we've already spent £10 extra on usage in the last week or so, would be great to get it sorted asap as it's eating my wallet Smiley

Hi, I have just checked your order and extra is due to go active on the 28th of this month. Upgrades only take place on the next billing date after you have placed the order.
