Upgrade question

We're on Value BB and just about to go over the 10GB limit, we won't use more than one extra chunk so that'll be an extra £5 this month.
But I wondered how long it takes to apply an upgrade if I changed to the Extra at 60GB a month? As it's only £5 extra anyway, if we frequently go over the 10GB (we don't every month but often, and realistically that's probably because we keep an eye on it when it's getting near the limit) I may as well go for it. So if I went to change product now, would it be done in this billing period which finishes in 3 days time, or the next one, or does it take longer? I just want to know how my bills would work out.

It happens at your next billing date and I believe it is automatic so if you got your finger out that would mean that in 3 days you would be on the new product

I can see you've requested the upgrade, thanks for that. I can confirm that as Jim said it's scheduled to happen on your next billing date which will be the 27th Smiley
