I have been checking some figures and found I could save a substantial amount by changing to a current BB and phone package. However, the upgrade tool on the Member Centre doesn't work. I have tried a few times over the last couple of days and at varying points in the process it bombs out with, "Error Sorry, An error occured [sic] whilst processing your request."

You will need to raise a ticket - for some reason the upgrade process doesn't work from some of the legacy products
