I’ve advised one of my referrals to upgrade his home account to a business account as he’s now using his BB for business use and rather than keeping his current PlusNet home account user name he’s been allocated a new PlusNet business account user name.
This seems a bit daft to me, so is it correct that if changing from a home account to a business account you can’t keep the original PlusNet account name?
Also as I referred him I’ll end up losing the referral I had for his home account and I won’t be getting a referral for his new business account, not that good!
Any thoughts on this before I also suggest another of my referrals to upgrade his home account to a business account.
