Upgrade and Broadband cost

Hi

 

I have recently upgraded my package with PlusNet. See below for details from the email sent on the 27th March. I have received two bills since the upgrade, but the monthly cost of the broadband is £15.99 on the bills. Why isn't it at the £9 that I signed up for? I have paid my line rental for twelve months up front.

Please can you investigate for me.

"We've received your product change request and have now started the process of moving your products to:

 

  • Broadband package: Unlimited Fibre

 

  • Contract: 18 months

 

  • Hardware: Plusnet wireless router

 

This will change over on 3rd April 2020 and your new cost per month will be £9.00.
