Update required

Can someone from plusnet please give me an update on question 89894630.  I have responded to your question after all 4 days ago and I would have liked a reply to let me know if the order was being progressed as I can not see the router order being placed or anything.  I am due for installation on the 27th, I was expecting to receive the router by the 25th.

I suggest giving the call centre a ring (0800 432 0200) since the staff who respond here are unlikely to be around until Tuesday.
