Unwanted router

Hi, hope some one can help.
I raised a support ticket (36076141) for slow speeds. I had a voice mail from support telling me they were sending a router out.
I replied saying I didn't need a router as I have three already, and wanted to carry out some tests my end so the order was canceled but today I have received the router.
Do you want it back, do I keep it? I don't want to pay for something I didn't order, the ticket said no payment had been taken.
As my speed has improved I am about to close the ticket, so wondered what to do with my "new" router.

Hi turbostream,
Glad to hear you got that sorted, not sure if you missed it but we did confirm on that ticket that the order for the new router was cancelled.

I did read that Jim, there's no log on the account of one being dispatched (this is automated and done via account components, hence the confusion) I'll be ringing this customer for clarification.

No problem,
I've given feedback to some of the agents who dealt with our ticket as I can see that the router order wasn't cancelled correctly.
