Unsure of contract length

Hello,

 

I'd like to know how much of my contract length is left please.

I can see a date in my account summary but I'm not sure if it was a 12 month or 18 month contract that I agreed to.

Only way I know of is to start the Product Change wizard in your portal electing to keep everything the same as you have then on pg3 at the bottom of the screen it will tell you how many months you have left in your contract. Just close the Product Change page then without making any changes.

@Gandalf,

I know elsewhere you've "passed upwards" the suggestion of making contract end date available under account details ... but I suspect some decision maker can only see the cost of implementing the facility ... but not the cost of you and other agents soending time dealing with individual requests.

Is the cost of such effort recognised in the decision not to implement a change here?

I too have this problem, not being able to remember the date my contract ends. I'm fairly sure it was a 12 month contract but would like to check.

The reason Plusnet don't want customers to have this information is fairly obvious, surely? They want people to fall for the outrageous increase in price the add at the end of the fixed contract.
