Unpaid bill of £4.90

Can somebody help? I'm stuck in Asia and I owe this mob £4.90. I cant log in to my account and there is no chat service. Does anybody know of a way to contact billing?

Hi @DerekPirrie,

I'm sorry that it's not allowing you to log in to make this payment and for any inconvenience that this has caused you, particularly as you are currently stuck abroad. Due to the circumstances and the relatively small amount involved, I've raised this to our billing team to get the outstanding balance written off as a gesture of goodwill. As your account has now closed, there'll be nothing further for you to pay. Please allow up to five working days for this to complete and ignore any automated messages that you may receive about the bill in the meantime.
