Unpaid bill, customer of mine trying to make payment to plusnet

Note to plusnet, my account is fine, this refers to another customer!

Hi, a client of mine was out of the country for a bit, and on returning called plusnet as had fallen behind on payments. He was to make payment once his wages went into the bank (which should have been in), and today tried making payment but found he cannot login to his account.

He was out of contract as far as I am aware, how can he pay and restore service?

Any advice?

Did they try at www.plus.net/pay ?

If you have their username to hand, would you mind dropping me a PM with it If they're still having problems with this.
