Unlimited price

Hi, I've just changed to unlimited because i keep getting messages regarding usage.
What price should i be paying?

My account summary says:-
24/01/2012 BP00820765 Plusnet Unlimited £11.99(monthly)
Broadband & Home Phone products
Plusnet Unlimited  £11.99
No Home Phone product

This email you just sent says;-
Your product change is now complete, here are the details:
Broadband Product Plusnet Unlimited
Monthly Subscription £25.42
This is your account type and monthly subscription.

The Help assistant message says :-
As per our conversation i can confirm i have arranged for your account to be changed to the unlimited package at £21.99

What are you charging me?Huh

Regards,

Chris H

Re: Unlimited price

I don't know where £11.99 came from, but the other two prices are pretty much the ones shown below depending on which BT market exchange you are connected to -

Re: Unlimited price

You will probably find that you have an offer from the COT that will last 12 months and have to call back if you're paying the £11.99 that is.
Edit: Just been thinking about the 'Unlimited' package; seems that is becoming more frequent recently and would be interested if Plusnet would be bringing this or similar back without going via the COT given the competition for market share?

Re: Unlimited price

It's OK I've sent the OP a ticket to clarify the specific deal they've been given.

Re: Unlimited price

PN 'Extra' allows those on market 2 and 3 to get the same price of £11.49 but do any other products like 'Unlimited' treat prices for market 2 and 3 to be the same product price?

Re: Unlimited price

Hi The 10th,
Only our current products would have the cheaper market 2 prices applied.
