Unlimited for Existing Customers?

Hi
I pay £19.99 a month on "Extra Fibre" which I started a contract for last November.  I notice shortly after you introduced an identical product for the same price, but with no usage limits.
Can I transfer to this product, or will I have to start a new 18 month contract with you?
Thanks

Re: Unlimited for Existing Customers?

You can change but it will start a new 18 month contract.

Just to add to what w23 has said, it might be a good idea to contact "Customer Options" and see if they can offer you something towards what you're looking for. (i.e. Unlimited & stay on current contract length)
That's RPM to you!!

Thanks, will do that to see if they can....  if they won't then it makes choosing if I should stay with Plusnet after 18 months a lot easier!
