I was charged £10 for a call to a Lincoln landline number, I'm now told to cancel the facility I have to phone customer support on Monday. Not so " That'll Do" .........

Because if you read the contract that you agreed to it covers an unlimited number of calls, not calls for unlimited time. You can ring off and redial after 59 minutes if you wish.

@john4sandra I'm on a PN landline, the calls are free for up to the 1st hour, and then after that it's chargeable for about a penny a minute I think.

Fortunately the only time I was ever on t'phone for over an hour recently was to PN themselves and that was free on an 0800 number.
