Unlimited Broadband banner ads

We need to get word out, Plus Net offering UNLIMITED broadband!
Except we need banners saying so... anything in the pipeline?
I'm actually still confused about the offer, what's a 'low cost area'?
How much do we get if we refer on unlimited?
