Unknown charges

Hello I moved flat a few months ago right before I moved I cancelled my broadband I didn’t get internet installed or set up a new contract in my new flat because the minimum is a years contract and I’m only here for 6 months I have found out from the time I moved I have been charged every month even tho I haven’t had internet can you please contact me [Removed] my username is [Removed]

It maybe wise you remove your telephone number as this is a public forum. You don't want weirdos phoning you ?
