Unexplained charges on new billing invoice

So just checked my bank and plusnet have helped themselves to £67 when my usual bill is £34. Checked my online billing and i seem to have an unknown amount for “other items” with no explanation for over £32??! Anyone else experiencing unknown extra charges?

Yep. Lots of problems with the new billing sytem; building up all over the internet. Mine was a b/f charge that didn't exist. Sorted out ok by an an line chat agent, but shame it's been necessary. Everyone does need to check their bills and DDs. Otherwise been happy with PN
