My contract with Plusnet started 1 Aug 2019 and ends in a few weeks time. However, I noticed a few weeks ago that on the account page my contract apparently started on 4 Jan last year and ends in July. When I spoke to Plusnet they said that for some unexplained reason the contact is showing as starting on 4 July 2020 - the exact date I renewed the line rental! They have no explanation as to how this could have happened and a note has been put on file to waive any charges but I wondered whether anybody else had this happen?
I just hope it doesn't cause any problems when I leave in a few weeks.
