Hey Guys,
Got a text message saying "Your phone line is now active"
Which prompted me to log into my account, to see question 81311054 was raised. "Please remove this account"
When I left Plusnet, I was asked if i needed the account, and as I have my land line I said yes, I do need the account and HR sorted everything out.
Please ensure that this account isn't closed.
