For some reason, my June bill has gone up from £39.90 to £51.28.
(The 'Discount' has gone down from £24.38 to £13 for some reason.)
I still have 2 months to go on my current contract.
Please could you look in to this.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Have you confirmed your contract end date in the user portal?
Have you changed billing dates during the minimum term of the contract?
Was your last renewal earlier than the end of the previous contract (as in a house move of product upgrade)?

I escalated this for you - apparently premature cessation of discounts is something I'm watching. There are a number of conditions which (correctly) result in what appears to be an early end to discounts ... and then there are those which are not!
